I am not good with words will you write my website content for me?

I provide web copy templates and ChatGPT prompts to assist you in writing powerful web copy. If you still are not confident you can add copywriting to your package for a fee.

Can I update the website myself after it’s launched?

Yes! All of our websites come with a personalized training video and 30 days of tech support. You’ll feel confident making edits.

I already have a logo—can we still work together?

Of course! We can build your site around your existing branding, or refresh it if you feel it no longer reflects your business.

What is a domain and will you get it for me?

Your domain is your (www.mybusiness.com) and I recommend and use GoDaddy for domain registration. Whilst I don't buy your domain for you I will help you by connecting your site to your domain for you when you are ready to launch!

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF WORKING TOGETHER?

After submitting an enquiry I will be in contact with you to organise a call to discuss your needs and what you would like to achieve from your new website or branding project. We select and book your design spot - this is where a deposit of first payment is due. You will then receive your onboarding information with some prework and prompts to complete your information. When we arrive at your project start date I will get to work, intermittently coming to you for feedback to ensure we are on track for your design style. Once complete I will give you everything you need to launch including Instagram graphics to show off your new brand or direct customers to your website!

Will you help me show up on google?

Yes! We complete basic SEO (that's search engine optimisation) to set your site up for success with search engines. Of course everyone wants to show up at the top of Google and there is only one space so it's not a quick fix solution (although we have had some crazy good results). If ranking on Google is a priority for your business we design your site with that in mind.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer payment plans of up to 4 x monthly payments to make the investment affordable for all businesses.
